A conversation by WhatsApp, email or phone. You tell us what car lives in your head — the model, the use, the destination, the memory. Within 24 hours you receive visual references (colours, interiors, delivered cars) to lock a direction before we discuss price. No deposit, no commitment.

This is where every detail is decided. Genuine or premium technical leather. Bespoke paint with samples tested under Barcelona sun. Yacht-industry woods — teak, resin, blend — with optional engraving. Audio tuned by engineers for the Defender cabin. Bespoke forged wheels, reinforced suspension as standard; other configurations on request. You receive a signed specification document before we begin.

We source the right donor Defender — Td5, 300 Tdi or 200 Tdi depending on the commission. Solid chassis, matching numbers, verifiable history. This is the slowest stage, and we only move forward when we find the right car. With a 200 Tdi or 300 Tdi engine, the car can be registered as a historic vehicle if you wish.
Donor · chassis
Everything comes apart. Chassis sandblasted to bare steel, engine rebored, gearbox and transfer case rebuilt, wiring harness redone end to end. Six coats of paint. Leather hand-stitched piece by piece. Marine flooring, integrated audio with no visible wiring. Every Thursday we send workshop photos so you see, live, how your car takes shape.
Workshop · Sabadell
Weeks of road testing — Pyrenees cold, coastal heat, dirt and motorway. Every vibration goes back to the workshop until none remain. The car leaves with Spanish registration, ITV inspection and full homologation — ready to be registered in any country. We coordinate transport to your door (road within Europe, container beyond) and deliver in person. One-year warranty on every restored component. Ongoing WhatsApp support afterwards.
Delivered · in person
Every Costa is built in Sabadell, between the same walls, by the same hands. Nothing is outsourced — not the panels, not the leather, not the final assembly.
The budget is locked before we begin — with a signed document detailing every material, every finish, every component. From that point on, the price doesn't change. Payments are spread across the commission based on real build progress, and each one corresponds to a milestone you can verify.
No hidden extras. Every delivered Defender has Spanish registration, current ITV, valid homologation, signed warranty, and ongoing support. These are the minimums — and we never go below them.
The car leaves with full documentation. Afterwards it registers easily in any EU country or worldwide.
We prepare country-specific homologation — we've delivered to UK, Switzerland, UAE, Italy, Portugal, France, Andorra.
